Strictly speaking, it *is* next week...

Welcome to the voting portion of therealljidol, the writing contest I'm working on.

People on LJ are able to vote for the LJ Idol entries they especially liked in this here poll here. That's for Week 1 entries, for which I wrote "Words for the edge of the world." I'm in Tribe 3, the third poll of four, listing the 234 writers who are taking part. (Two hundred thirty four. That number really hit me last night.)

The Week 1 polls will close Tuesday, Nov. 9th at 9 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Pacific. If you feel so compelled, please give me entry and other peoples' entries you've liked a click. This will make it more likely that I'll get to stay in the contest.
