I kept meaning to get one; a couple of weekends ago I splurged on one. It seems somehow more civilized. It's definitely easier to get the hot water from than the pots I used before. Before, if I was boiling on the stove top, I'd scoop out the hot water using a measuring cup. That could be spill-y. Now it's not!
