Sweat works

Because yesterday on my shift at Big-Ass Sandwiches I drank all the water in my more-than-24-ounce water bottle and did not have to go to the bathroom during that shift. A four-hour shift, I'll add.

I mentioned that to Lisa at the cart, where I swung by after work today, and she said that's a sign I wasn't drinking enough water.

Yes, yesterday was an 80-degree day in Portland. And carts get warm inside. Nothing I can't handle. But next Sunday I'll probably handle it with more water.
