After going back to bed (and not getting out of it until past 10:00), I'm closer to "well" now than I was when I posted about doctors this morning, but to make sure I actually do get well, I'm going to take it pretty easy today. Think soothing thoughts, like thoughts of the Oregon Coast (see icon). Maybe head out to the library -- I first wrote "run out," but I don't feel like doing that literally -- to get some on-hold items. I'll definitely eat gentle food.
