And once again, my having really simple taxes to figure out saves my ass. I almost always feel out of my depth dealing with taxes, even on a 1040EZ. I get nervous about it. I shouldn't; I've never messed up too badly, and the few times I have, the entities I pay taxes to have gotten in touch with me and said Actually, you should get MORE of a refund! Erring on the side of caution, I guess.

I was nervous enough about my taxes from last year's, heh, under-funded life that I didn't do the paperwork until today, but! It's done. Federal and state. And in the mail.

Now I don't have to think about it. Phew.
