Look out! '80s flashback!

94.7 NRK just played a set of eight songs with the theme "echoes." Several of them were '80s songs, from Duran Duran, the Go-Gos and The The (plus the, well, '80s-influenced Yeah Yeah Yeahs). And this was neat: the set also included Mister Mister's #1 single "Kyrie Eleison":
Kyrie eleison down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison through the darkness of the night
I never knew until today that Kyrie Eleison literally translates as "Lord, have mercy"; I just knew it was from an older language, and that the DJs I listened to back in 1986 liked to act as if the singer were singing
