...that I was close enough to getting sick that I took it extra-easy today. My stomach: a little unsettled. So I ate gentle food and drink: rice (which I hadn't had for a bit, but I'd gotten more Sunday, thank goodness), chips and hummus, some tea, some granola, and water.
The most physical exerting I did today was a walk, about 20 blocks. Outside, even.
I'm better now, and I hope I've dodged a sickness bullet.
Edited: And ice cream. And a carrot and some more hummus.
