Some Old-English rhyming for your evening

Through
by Christopher Walsh, 11/27/2016-11/28/2016

Swirl, stir — shift into a vortex
Mix, mash, messily self-blend
Into tumbled, tempest-fed uncertainty.
Be buffeted by it.
Weather the wild, war-mimicking
Storm-Strife which seeks to steal power
— to absorb it, abscond with it, in absolute voraciousness —
And attack your all-contained energy.
It wants you to, wearily, wastingly, bleed.
But:
To turn into a target that moves,
Darts, dashes, deploys and expands
Into two, ten, twelve targets
— you may (may) (...may...) get past
Get going, then:
---------------------- Get through.
