Remembering a Memorial

In Portland on Friday, May 26th, 2017, a man on a Max train near Hollywood Transit Center killed two men who tried to stop him acting bigoted.

On Saturday, May 27th, hundreds of us from Portland stood at attention, to remember the two who'd been killed, the man who'd been badly hurt and sent to the hospital — where he recovered, thank the small favors — and the two young women the attacking man had verbally assaulted.

I've kept the photos I took at the memorial. I've now moved them from my tablet to photo storage in my journal. A collection, to — I hope — help me remember better.
