In January, someone abandoned a young dog at Portland International Airport. The dog had a broken leg. Thanks to people I know who got a GoFundMe going on her behalf, the dog's recovering from surgery, and has been adopted. She has a family now. And a name: Irma the Nugget. Irma von Pince-Nugget, to be more exact.

Irma's updates are being posted on Facebook. Also on Instagram. She is out of the cone she was wearing post-surgery.
