Me 2 (B&W)

Repost in the Morn

In more-tired moments than this, I hear "Good morning" and flash on a time at a summer camp (in the middle of Virginia, 1987) when one of the camp-runners said to the group "Good morning!" and another guy in the camp yelled "What's good about it?" Sometimes -- only occasionally, thank goodness -- I feel like saying that.

Though I'm not awake enough to be sure it's a good morning or not.

In the meantime, I wanted to link you to an entry I'm proud of from yesterday, about being a poet. And showing it. Because I'm knowing it.

Yeah, that explains it.

Something's wrong with my apartment building's heater. The landlord knows this, he'll be over tomorrow to do more about it and (I hope) fix it, which is good, because in my apartment it's been cold enough that my towels have not been drying overnight.

Sweatshirts to bed have been my friends.

Should I say what my little fridge magnet thermometer says my place's temp has been lately? No, I shouldn't.

In other news, work stays odd, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut detailing why that is so is, at the moment, ill-advised. But stuff is getting done. All I'll say is that this morning's duties involved searching for something that likely no longer exists.

And we get at least one more sort-of-warm day, tomorrow. Too bad I can't hang my towels outside to dry.

Geek Trivia tomorrow! I've submitted a few more questions; maybe some will get used. One of these days I'll do an entry of my questions that didn't get used.
