Still an April Fool's-Free Zone

April Fool's Day was, I'm glad to say, a non-starter at work. It wasn't an issue. It's been 10 years since I've worked a call center on April Fool's Day, and at some level I was concerned it would be an issue (though come to think of it, I don't remember there being pranks at that previous call center). Coincidentally, the company I'm currently working for actually started a program yesterday, which I spent some time explaining to customers; I'm rather glad callers didn't think the company was kidding, because it's a helpful program.

As for outside work, I think I fell for one April Fool's prank. I did so silently, so it's not obvious I did. And no, I won't tell you what that was.
