Vague political thought

I have seen someone I greatly admire get to a point where their political thoughts, essentially, might as well be If you disagree with me, you're dumb. It's both a little maddening and, um, a little saddening. Because of this, I've tried to avoid running into their political posts, because I'd be tempted to start replying with "Bullshit." over and over. And that...would not be helpful.

Again, good person, whom I admire; I also think they're getting too cranky. And it's making me cranky.

OK, Chris, goal: try not to grow crankier as I grow older...
