Walking

I shouldn’t be so proud of this

Earlier tonight, on my way to the bus to go to Fred Meyer for groceries, I was about to cross Foster Road when I noticed a driver stopped at the intersection, clearly wanting to turn right though I and some crossing pedestrians and bicyclists had right-of-way. I deliberately walked slower in front of the car, so the driver had to wait for the other crossers to finish crossing before turning.

I’ve done this before, like at the car turnaround at the hospital where I used to work.

If I’m going to be passive-aggressive, I want it to be for good reasons.
