Back on April 20, 2013 (a Saturday; I checked), when I still lived in Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood, I got on my relatively light coat and went for a walk to the nearby Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. I took my tablet along to take pictures. I also did this.
That day was a big, long walk day: I covered eight miles, and stopped at Big-Ass Sandwiches, at the time a cart in the Central Eastside Industrial District. (If you know Portland, it was a few blocks away from the bar/diner My Father's Place. This was nearly two years before Brian and Lisa Wood moved the cart to SE Foster. It was also before the brief period, later in 2013 and for part of 2014, when the Woods had two carts, the other on N. Mississippi.) That was a good walk. I shot this early in that walk.
Now it's shared, because I can.
