Easy like, well, Tuesday

A home day today, after a home day yesterday. I'd wanted to go to Space Monkey, but as the morning went on I felt that my stomach seemed a little unsettled, so, it probably wasn't a good morning to pour coffee into it.

What helped was that Portland was cooler today (by ~~about 10°~~ no, about 14° F) than yesterday and I had the use of an oscillating fan, to keep air moving. The house was too stagnant Monday. It was easy to stay home, relax, and read. I feel better now, and I've had dinner, a green salad and a baked potato.

I'm allowed to be gentle with myself. It's sort of a good idea.
