I feel relieved the drama didn't reach me (other than disappointment in finding specific things about Whedon). Instead I did my standard Wednesday morning walk to get the latest Willamette Week, then in the midday visited with Mom. She drove up to Portland, took me to the Sellwood location of Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels for lunch and coffee, and then visited Willamette Park in South Portland with me. We appreciated the views, the water, and the cloud breaks, then headed back to where I live.
