Done, yay

My last responsibility as the person who house-sat for Matt, Gerry and their kids is complete. Matt came over around noon and picked up the house key he'd left me, just over two weeks ago. We visited briefly (masked) and hugged (still masked), and he left me a bag of seasoned macademia nuts as a gift.

I also got out for a walk this morning and saw parts of my neighborhood I hadn't been to in the past two weeks. First visit to Carnelian Coffee in a while; afterwards I walked along part of Foster Road then sat for a time outside of Arleta School, one of our grade schools. I ate while reading a little more from The Arabian Nights.

I'll leave you with this thought, which only came to me now even though I've been wearing masks since April 2020: are yawns while you're masked still contagious?
