Work

The department where I work is going to lose some workers soon. Unless something I'm really unaware of is happening, this won't affect me directly, but it will likely affect friends of mine, so I'm anxious on their behalf.

We just had a minute-long all-hands meeting letting us know the layoffs would happen soon. I get back to my desk, put on my headphones, and what's playing? Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)."

Is there a message in there, somewhere?
