I wish this truth was fiction.

Worthwhile reading: "The Life and Death of Jesse James: An internet love mystery," a cautionary tale of life on The Internet, as seen and then recounted by Josh Olson, who wrote the Oscar-nominated screenplay of A History of Violence. Love, deceit, a really scary situation and an intervention by a persona no less dramatis than Olson's friend Harlan Ellison.
