The radio LURNS me

94.7 FM was playing The Eurythmics's "Sweet Dreams" ("Sweet dreams are made of theee-is") right before I switched over to The Rick Emerson Show on AM 970, and I realized that for years, I'd been mishearing a lyric. Annie Lennox was singing "movin' on"; I'd always thought she'd been singing "move along." Subtle, but important.

Meanwhile, I still like to intentionally mishear her line "Hold your head up; keep your head up" as "Hold your hair; keep your hair." (I must be easily amused.)
