A little earlier The Rick Emerson Show played a clip from a recent Meat Loaf concert, and that great voice of Meat Loaf's is, um, no longer so great.
Emerson, who's a huge Meat Loaf fan, put it well: he thought the rendition of "I'll Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" sounded like it was being sung by someone unfamiliar with the song while the Karaoke machine shows him only two words at a time.
