  • Mood:

I read WAY too much into commercials.

Radio commercial: a man shows up at a cell phone store and asks the saleswoman to help him with "my New Year's resolution." "We can do that," she says. Here's the thing: she says that before he tells her what his resolution is. It's just to get a new phone, but what if it had been:
* having sex in public?
* creating an animatronic walking Kremlin?
* writing and debuting a ballet called Dance of the Flensers?
* filling a pool with hot and sour soup? ("Really, it's great! You'll get exercise AND get your sinuses unclogged!")
* herding cats?

Because customer service can only go so far!

Yeah, I think about stuff like that.
