I think it's a good kind of OCD.

I let myself eat fried chicken for lunch. This is the sort of eating my family refers to as "getting your grease level up." But here's how I did it: I walked/jogged to the Pill Hill eatery farthest from my office (the VA Canteen), which I reached via the main hospital building and the 1/8-mile-long VA Skybridge; I self-served a thigh, a leg, a potato wedge, and (because I need some fiber) beans; I ate; and then I walked/jogged back. I got the calories, then went some way towards burning them right off. And I probably won't have fried chicken again for a while (at least not 'til I can swing up to a Popeye's).

This meal-trip is dedicated to the no-longer-fat Fatboy Roberts. (Really! See this!)
