Don Geronimo: "I'm a different person"

I haven't yet found anything online to give specifics, but radio god Don Geronimo, one of my favorite DJs, has set his last day on the radio before retiring. In fact, he's taking a longer-than-planned vacation right now and his program, The Don & Mike Show, is in "Best Of" mode. (It will come back as The Mike O'Meara Show, starring his longtime co-host Mike.)

Instead, I'll link you to something I find touching: a 2006 interview Don gave, looking back at his wife Freda Wright-Sorce, the love of his life, who died in a car accident in 2005. There are video links of the interview; they're worth viewing.
